In-Bank Mortgage Loans
- No minimum loan amount
- Up to 20% down payment may be required
- Flexible loan-to-value limits and equity requirements
- Payments serviced by bank
- Origination fee based on loan amount
- Other closing costs (attorney, appraisal, title, recording fees, etc.)
- Possible escrow of hazard insurance premiums, taxes, flood insurance premiums

Mortgage Loans in Secondary Market*
- Minimum loan amount $30,000
- 100% financing may apply to rural development loan
- Flexible loan-to-value limits and equity requirements
- Loan processed locally and servicing transferred to a long-term lender
- No origination fee
- Other closing costs (attorney, appraisal, title, recording fees, etc.)
- Escrow of hazard insurance premiums, PMI, taxes, flood insurance premiums
- A variety of fixed rate terms available
